Family Based Immigration
We assist U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents petition family members. We are knowledgeable in the admissibility issues that complicate family immigration cases.
Political Asylum
We assist individuals who fear returning to their home country due to persecution on account of their race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion. Political asylum is sought affirmatively before a USCIS officer or as a defense against removal in U.S. Immigration Court.
Deportation / Removal Proceedings
We represent individuals facing removal or deportation in the U.S. Immigration Court. We ensure the protection of constitutional rights and that clients understand the complicated process before them. Appeals are taken and defended before the Board of Immigration Appeals and 9th Circuit Court of Federal Appeals.
