The Law Office of Lissette Gomez is a small firm dedicated to the area of U.S. Immigration law. We guide individuals and small businesses through the complicated immigration process with our experience and creativity in a personal and compassionate manner.
Location
We are located in San Francisco’s sunny Mission District and serve clients residing in or immigrating to northern California.
Biography
Lissette Gomez concentrates her legal practice in the area of U.S. Immigration Law. Having completed her Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Ms. Gomez has been admitted to practice as an attorney in California and before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Before opening The Law Office of Lissette Gomez in April 2000, she practiced as an attorney with law firms in San Francisco, California. Ms. Gomez is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and a mentor attorney for the San Francisco Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights Asylum Project.
Lissette Gomez was born in Teaneck, New Jersey and grew up in Miami, Florida. She earned a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Florida where she majored in Telecommunication and Political Science. Before attending law school she worked as an Assistant Director at the CBS television affiliate in Washington, D.C. She is a student of photography, Italian language, and life.
